I realized something today...
When we are still and recognize who God is, there is much beauty to be revealed. When we take the time to merinade in the Word of God, let it all soak in and absorb to the core of who we are, all that pours out is that which has blessed our souls immensely. Our motivations change. The lense our eyes see through reflect the beauty of the pages of His Word. Our Words are carefully said and our steps taken with wisdom. Our thoughts are filled with prayer. Our actions are focused on others and ultimately on glorifying God. All of this brings feelings of delight and wonder that sends my eyes looking upward.
Why do I starve my self of this pursuit of God so frequently?
